i've just tried to pay £24.99 for Level 2 Barbering and put in my e-mail address as the following: maggie.n183@hotmail.com and my password as i have also previously just brought into the MHD video subscription for one year for £140 last week, it is saying that it does not recognise me.

Have I paid the £24.99 for the L2 Barbering training package as it let me put in my bank details?

Hello Emma, The video l was trying to play was titled”How to do a round layer variation hair cut”, this is just one of quite a few that will not play. It comes up with the message “PlayBack stream error” and “This video is not encoded for your device”. I have not had any problems before, has something changed. Please let me know, Regards Ellie
