MHD is the largest resource of its kind on the Internet and currently has 400 videos with unlimited access to members. MHD may update the site with new videos or remove existing videos on occasion and at our discretion. At present we have no set release schedule.
Hi apag. Firstly I apologise for the delay in responding. I am sorry you have experienced any issues with the site, while we have made a transition from the old MHD to the new. We have identified a bug which causes some video playback issues in some browsers, and this has now been fixed. All videos that have a full release (not 'coming soon') now have the option to watch the preview and the full video.
I too am experiencing this on both my pc at college and home, it is only allowing the previews to be watched and noththe full video content?
Please can you advise?

Thank you for feedback. We understand how you feel about our new release schedule. We currently have over 400 videos online offering almost 300 hours of hairdressing training, which represents the largest library of dedicated independent hairdressing training videos available on the web – and at a lower price than any of our competitors. We have now suspended our video production to improve the website’s functionality and stability, which we would have been unable to do with the cost and workload of our previous weekly schedule – a feat unmatched by any other online hairdressing resource.
Why haven't I seen any new release videos recently? If you're not intending to release any new ones soon, I'm going to cancel my subscription, as you seem to be concentrating on MHDpro more...

Thanks for your message. We have recently concentrated on rebuilding MHD and launching MHDPro to address both the technical issues we have encountered as our library has grown to 400 videos, we improved the resolution of our videos and to reflect demand from our users, salons and colleges for structured course based education with certification.
Still no sign of any new material? So very disappointing and frankly wrong when thats what i pay for!

Many thanks for your enquiry. We fully appreciate that long-term subscribers are frustrated that we have not released anything new and we are currently planning our next shoot with some exciting new instructors. We have invested heavily in new technology to ensure the site was stable and easy to use for our subscribers and we have upgraded our video content to HD. We also invested in our new website MHDPro to address many requests for a more structured training approach based on short courses with a Certificate and more courses will be also added to this platform throughout 2017.
Many of the 400 videos have been deliberately designed to cover classic techniques and styles and to give hairdressers a solid foundation on which they can build their skills and adapt the hairstyles to suit their clientele and changing trends, but we do appreciate that tastes and styles change over time and we will endeavour to address this shortfall in the future.
In closing, I would like to thank you for continued support.

Are we having any new videos this year ? If we won't be seeing any new material for a good while then that's okay but would love to know if we will be seeing anything new soon
