Why won't my password update?

MHD Customer Service -

  • All passwords must be at least 8 characters long
  • Should not contain your user name, real name or company name
  • Should not contain a complete word
  • Should be significantly different from previously used passwords
  • Should contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
