Can I get a refund?

You have the right to cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your initial order for a new subscription (cooling off period). You must use the contact form in the help centre or by writing to your customer services team.

Refunds only apply to your initial order and not repeat billing. 

You may also cancel your membership any time following the cooling off period, but you will not be eligible for a refund. Your membership will continue until the end of the billing period and you can still access the site during that time. To cancel your membership, use the Cancel button in the Billing section of your account page.

    Hi. I have sent two emails asking for my account to be cancelled. I have had no reply and I am still paying my monthly subscription. I have not used this site for many months and I would like to cancel my subscription ASAP and to have a refund for the last three months as I have sent an email each month asking to cancel and this has not happened.

    This is terrible and people should be warned of your horrible policies that steal money. I singed up for a discounted subscription for a year. Now you are billing me for another year without one email letting me know in advance. This is a site I have never used or found useful!!!

    I have refunded your account and cancelled your subscription. As with all subscription sites, we operate a rolling policy of subscription payments and it is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel the subscription. This is clearly marked and easily done in your profile settings. I am sorry you have not found the site useful and wish you every success in the future.

    Hi, I would like to cancel my subscription (still within the 14 day warranty for the refund). I wrote for support 5 days ago but I didn't get any answer yet, and soon the 14 days will expire. Can anybody help me please? Thank you

    I havent used your site and now you charge me over 200 euro. Immediately refund it, or I will have to issue a chargeback. Refund it right now!!!!
