You have the right to cancel your membership and receive a full refund within 14 days of placing your initial order for a new subscription (cooling off period). You must use the contact form in the help centre or by writing to your customer services team.
Refunds only apply to your initial order and not repeat billing.
You may also cancel your membership any time following the cooling off period, but you will not be eligible for a refund. Your membership will continue until the end of the billing period and you can still access the site during that time. To cancel your membership, use the Cancel button in the Billing section of your account page.
