13.1 Any personal information collected by us will be used by the relevant party in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will take reasonable & appropriate measures to keep students’ personal information secure. Any disclosures of information will be made only with your permission. We may use your name, e-mail address, home address and telephone number to contact you for any matter relating to other MHD products and services in which we feel you may be interested in.
