MHD uses a content delivery network that provides consumers with the highest quality stream possible based on available bandwidth, CPU, device, and throughput. If you are seeing less than ideal quality, make sure that your environment meets these minimum requirements.
Mac OS X
- Operating System - Mac OS X 10.9+ with Intel Processors of 1GHz or better.
- RAM - 512 MB minimum (1 GB recommended)
- Browsers - Chrome v47+, Firefox v48+, Safari v8+
- Flash - 10.0 or higher (10.1 or later recommended)
- Screen Resolution - 800 x 600 minimum (1280 x 1024 or greater recommended)
- Internet Connection - Broadband/High Speed (DSL, Cable, T1, etc.). Dial-up connections are insufficient for video playback.
Apple iOS
- Operating System - iOS v9+
- Browser - Safari v9+
